加拿大移民萨省提名全解析：EE类别

接着昨天的话题，继续详细了解萨省提名。今天我们来详细拆解“国际技术工作者”这个类别，也是萨省提名中最多关注的一类。

昨天提到，这个表是萨省移民局2017年1月4日发布的今年全年的技术移民配额。其中有雇主offer类别的人数最多，5000人；EE类别1700人；无offer非EE类别人数3000人。

有雇主offer类别

有雇主offer的不用多说，对于身处国内的人来说基本上只能通过中介寻求当地有意的雇主。当然也一定要有专业，比如厨师或者专业技术人员，也需要一定在雇主那真实的工作一定时间。这种方式的好处是只要拿到offer，对其他的要求不高，另外到了加拿大也会有一份相对稳定的工作；但坏处不言自明，很有可能为了一纸绿卡被雇主剥削，雇主一般也都是小地方的小公司，另外中介费用也会相对较高。

EE类别

下面说说最关键的EE类别，在上篇文章中提过，萨省的EE省提名恐怕是整个北美销量最高的一种移民方式。流程是在联邦的EE系统中，获得省提名后直接加上600分，申请者将以900分以上的高分铁定被捞。

要求上，除了要满足EE系统的最低准入标准外，萨省EE省提名也有自己的要求，按照下表中的评分只要达到60分即可申请省提名。

我们以35岁，本科学历，工作10年以上，雅思4个6举个栗子，总分63分。

其实严格意义上来说，以上条件要求都不是很高，大多数人都完全具备。关键的门槛是高在职业要求上！萨省在2016年大幅缩小了职业范围，目前剩下的紧缺职业仅剩21个类别。下图是具体的职业列表：

之前大伟也提到过，每个职业下面其实可以分成很细的岗位，如果拆开来看的话范围会宽一些。拿最热门的0213计算机和信息系统经理举栗：

0213 Computer and information systems managers

Computer and information systems managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of organizations that analyze, design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems. 在0213这个职业类别下，官方定义有46个职位符合！

我们再来看名额的问题。2015年是萨省EE项目大爆发的一年，全年共提名3000个名额；2016年开始对EE提名锁紧，名额缩减到1700人；2017年的计划不变，同样是1700人。

这里再来到一个关键点，因为是有名额限制，所以名额是要靠抢的。而且名额并不是在一年的开始全部放出来，而是在全年不定期不定量的开放。我们来看一下2016年萨省EE放出的记录：1月放出500，5月又放出500，7月放出700。理论上讲到2016年7月，全年的1700个名额已经全部放出了，但在10月12日，又放出了300个名额，这是为什么呢？因为之前存在一些无效的申请，为了填补这些空白，下半年会再增加一些替补名额。

抢萨省EE有多紧迫？其实相对比非EE项目，还是要从容很多。以2017年最近一次为例，2017年1月4日，北京时间晚上11：05，萨省EE和非EE项目分别放出17年的第一次、分别500个名额。非EE项目只用了一个小时即告满员，而EE项目到第二天早上8：50才宣告停止。也就是有9个多小时在网上提交材料，来抢这宝贵的名额。

好了，现在有关萨省省提名的EE项目了解的差不多了。我们再来回顾一下申请流程：

1、准备材料（学历认证、证件公证、雅思成绩单）；

2、提交联邦EE系统，同时等待萨省提名开放；

3、抢到萨省EE提名，等待联邦EE系统加600分，并被捞（ITA）

4、提交进一步材料，如无犯罪证明、资金证明和体检报告等，如无意外，6个月内收到移民签证。

整个过程中的关键点：

1、雅思是材料准备中最难的一环，即使英语不错，从开始准备到拿到成绩也需要2、3个月的时间；

2、WES学历认证同样需要不少时间，而且学校的英文成绩单会稍麻烦，要提前准备；

3、萨省的职业要求是最大门槛，尽量找贴近要求的职业类别，如果实在靠不上就要做长期打算，比如转岗或换工作。当然这种孤注一掷的做法也是有风险的，萨省的紧缺职业也有可能进一步调整；

4、所有材料准备停当后，第一时间提交联邦EE系统。随后开始时刻关注萨省移民局的动向，在第一时间（几个小时内）抢到名额；
